- Utilize your full range of product design and user interface design skills, from ideation with product managers to working with engineers implementing your detailed mocks, to produce high quality UX/UI
- You will design and maintain the components, interactions, transitions, and design patterns as part of a Design System to ensure quality, consistency, and to ensure efficient collaboration with engineering
- Share and collaborate with product managers, and engineers (frontend, backend, and blockchain) to iteratively improve the features and functionality that we offer our users
- Lead the work of a junior designer

- You have more than 2.5 years of experience in shipping great products
- Expert knowledge of user-centered design principles
- Proven proficiency with Figma, Photoshop, or other design tools
- Skilled in Prototyping experiences
- You enjoy having ownership overs everything you ship and are passionate about creating intuitive, fun, user experiences
- Strong portfolio that demonstrates your ability to find intuitive and customer-centric solutions to problems or opportunities that have existed in your previous or current role

- Understanding of decentralized finance and popular crypto products (e.g. staking, options, yield farming, etc.)
- You’ve interacted with on-chain protocols
- Foundational knowledge regarding finance
- High level understanding of frontend development process & tools
