JOB MISSION
Support managers with various tasks and provide dedicated assistance for private duties. Foster a harmonious and positive work environment in the office.
OUTCOMES
- Provide support for various administrative and daily tasks
- Assist with private matters and routine personal activities, ensuring smooth coordination
- Run errands such as grocery shopping, dry cleaning, and other tasks
- Order supplies and equipment as needed to ensure the office runs efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment
- Support event planning and assist with special projects as required
REQUIREMENTS
- Discretion and respect for privacy and confidentiality
- Excellent communication skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible “can-do” attitude with strong attention to detail
- Adaptable to various situations, with a problem-solving mindset
- Excellent Latvian and English skills required, as work involves communication with colleagues from different countries
- Valid driver’s license (category B) for at least 2 years
