Requirements for candidates
- Previous experience as a CRM specialist in iGaming (2+ years).
- iGaming retention strategy understanding.
- Strong written English for content creation needs.
- CRM tool experience (Xtremepush or similar).
- Strong analytics skills.
- Full cycle campaign management experience from copy creation to campaign analysis with further improvements’ recommendations.
- Basic HTML skills.
Nice to have:
- Previous experience with Power BI.
- Understanding of casino player behavior.
- Automation workflow building.
Job description
• Develop and optimize CRM campaigns across email and other communication channels.
• Manage customer lifecycle journeys together with the Retention team: onboarding, activation, retention, and reactivation.
• Create and analyze customer segments to identify the most effective audiences.
• Plan and coordinate promotional campaigns across multiple projects and GEOs.
• Analyze campaign results, run A/B tests, and suggest improvements to increase engagement and conversions.
• Maintain CRM automation workflows and monitor domain health, including bounce rate, spam rate, and blacklist risks.
• Collaborate with Product, Bonuses, Design, Marketing, Retention, and Analytics tea
