Responsibilities:
- Run and optimize retention & reactivation campaigns end-to-end
- Manage CRM communications (email, SMS, push notifications)
- Analyze user behavior and key metrics (churn, deposits, active users, conversions)
- Build segmentation and support targeted promotional campaigns
- Work with simple marketing copy and campaign logic
- Collaborate on improving engagement and conversion flows
Requirements:
- 6+ months experience in retention, CRM, digital marketing or related field
- Understanding of core metrics: churn, conversion, reactivation, active users
- Confident Google Sheets / Excel skills
- Strong attention to detail and structured thinking
- English proficiency (written & spoken)
Nice to have:
- iGaming / betting / casino / affiliate / fintech experience
- CRM campaign experience (email/SMS/push)
- Understanding of bonuses, promotions, wagering systems
- Experience with A/B testing or optimization
