Behind the scenes, data plays an important role in how we make business decisions. We’re looking for a Data Analyst who enjoys turning data into actionable insights and working with stakeholders across the business.
In this role, you’ll work with reporting, data analysis, data transformation, and data quality, while supporting data-related projects across the company.
What you’ll be doing
- Analyze incoming requests from other departments regarding reporting and data analytics needs.
- Proactively propose ideas for new datasets, improvements in data quality, and other data-related improvements.
- Work with the data warehouse and, when necessary, other databases to retrieve data using SQL.
- Develop data transformation scripts using SQL and dbt to create datasets. When necessary, collaborate with Data Engineers on the development of data transformation scripts.
- Develop reports and perform ad-hoc data analysis according to priorities agreed with the manager.
- Coordinate projects within the Data department, including gathering business requirements, defining requirements for Data Engineers on integration scripts, testing, data quality verification, and documentation.
What we’re looking for
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of hands-on SQL experience and confidence working with complex queries and datasets.
- Experience working with BI and reporting solutions and building dashboards or reports.
- Experience with Google Data Studio, or willingness to learn and use it.
- Strong analytical thinking and the ability to turn data into practical business insights.
- Experience working with data warehouses and data transformation processes.
- Familiarity with Git.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
- A proactive approach and willingness to take responsibility for delivery.
- Good knowledge of Latvian and English.
Nice to have
- Experience coordinating projects.
- Data Science skills and previous experience.
- Experience with Python, Dagster, or dbt.

- Gross monthly salary of €3,000–€4,500, depending on your experience and skills.
