Position overview:
We're looking for a HRIS Analyst to join our growing HRIS team. You will assist in review data quality, testing and support of different HR systems and give HRIS training and support to users.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement scalable and flexible HRIS architecture to support evolving business needs;
- Collaborate with HR and IT teams to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance of HRIS systems;
- Identify opportunities for AI and machine learning applications within HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement;
- Ensure ethical use of AI, maintaining data privacy and compliance with relevant regulations;
- Conduct continuous research and analysis of emerging technologies and trends in HRIS;
- Proactively recommend and implement innovative solutions to keep the HRIS architecture ahead of the curve;
- Work closely with HR, IT, and other departments to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications;
- Provide training and support to HR staff on new technologies and system updates.
Required skills and experience:
- Knowledge of HRIS management, with a focus on system transformation and architecture;
- Knowledge of AI and machine learning technologies within HR systems;
- Expertise in HRIS platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors;
- Strong Excel knowledge;
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail;
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information;
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams;
- Visionary mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement;
- Ability to transform difficulties into opportunities;
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken, to communicate with a global organization and/or customers.
