About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Integration Project Manager to lead the delivery, improvement, and operational support of business-critical integrations with external partners and internal systems. This person will coordinate business stakeholders, external partners, and development teams, ensuring that integration initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business priorities.
Role focus: 60% project management, 20% partner management, and 20% business analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end integration projects from initiation through implementation and post-launch support.
- Manage existing integrations, including enhancements, change requests, maintenance activities, and optimization initiatives.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for external partners regarding integration-related matters.
- Coordinate closely with development teams to define requirements, priorities, timelines, and technical deliverables.
- Plan development capacity, project scope, and roadmap together with the Development Team Lead.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define project objectives, and ensure successful delivery of new integrations.
- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Support incident resolution and operational issues related to integrations in cooperation with IT Support specialists.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and proactively implement mitigation plans.
- Organize and lead project meetings, status updates, workshops, and stakeholder reviews.
- Ensure proper project documentation, including business requirements, process flows, integration specifications, and release notes.
- Coordinate testing activities, user acceptance testing (UAT), and production releases.
- Track integration performance and recommend improvements to increase reliability, efficiency, and scalability.
- Manage multiple integration initiatives simultaneously while maintaining delivery quality and stakeholder satisfaction.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, Integration Manager, Technical Project Manager, or similar role.
- Experience managing system-to-system integrations, APIs, and third-party technology partners.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile delivery methodologies.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Experience gathering and documenting business requirements.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Experience coordinating incident resolution and operational support activities.
· Understanding of REST APIs, web services, data exchange formats such as JSON and XML, and common integration concepts.
- Ability to analyze business processes and identify optimization opportunities.
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Nice to Have
- Experience in fintech, banking, lending, payments, or financial services.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and microservice architectures.
- Experience working with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar project management tools.
- Project Management certification or equivalent education.
- Experience working with international partners and cross-functional teams.
