KPMG Baltics SIA

KPMG is one of the world's largest networks of professional services firms, providing audit, tax, advisory, and legal services. We operate in 138 countries, with a global workforce of 276,000 highly skilled professionals. KPMG has been operating in Latvia for more than 30 years, where our team consists of over 270 professionals.

At KPMG Latvia, we see AI as a business transformation capability that can help our people work more efficiently, improve delivery quality, accelerate onboarding and create more value for clients. We are looking for an AI Solutions Analyst to identify improvement opportunities across the business, design practical AI-enabled solutions and support teams in implementing new ways of working. This is not a pure software development or traditional training role: the focus is on understanding business processes, identifying inefficiencies, designing solutions using approved AI and low-code platforms, and helping teams achieve measurable improvements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with Audit, Advisory, Tax Advisory, Legal Advisory and Business Support teams to understand their processes and challenges through interviews, workshops and process assessments;
  • Maintain active collaboration with colleagues across the KPMG Nordic and global network, keeping up to date with new technologies, solutions, and initiatives, and assessing their suitability for implementation in KPMG Latvia;
  • Identify repetitive, manual and time-consuming activities that may benefit from AI or automation, document current and future-state processes, build business cases and prioritise improvement opportunities;
  • Design and implement practical solutions using approved platforms and tools, including lightweight automations, knowledge agents and workflow improvements;
  • Support the implementation of Copilot-based and low-code solutions, collaborating with IT and business stakeholders to ensure solutions are secure, scalable and aligned with governance requirements;
  • Support departmental AI champions and business teams, help employees understand how AI can support their daily work, and facilitate hands-on use-case workshops focused on real business problems;
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the organisation's AI knowledge resources;
  • Maintain a portfolio of AI initiatives and use cases and recommend improvements and scaling opportunities based on measurable results;
  • Partner with Marketing and Communications to promote successful use cases, share success stories and create engaging internal communications around AI-enabled improvements;
  • Contribute to building a culture of continuous improvement and responsible AI adoption.
