YOUR FUNCTIONS:
- Together with your colleagues take over the administration and maintenance of our storage and virtualization platforms (NetApp and VMware)
- Support your colleagues from 2nd level support in analyzing and resolving incidents and requests
- Advise and provide active technical support for internal teams and customers
- Help our customers implement their cloud strategy and understand the challenges of their operations
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Education in computer science / informatics or comparable work experience
- Interest in technically challenging and changing issues and in actively shaping and developing products and services
- A structured and responsible way of working, and strong communication and customer orientation
- Experience in data center infrastructure architecture, enterprise storage / backup solutions or virtualization of servers is considered a plus
