We are now looking for Service Delivery Senior Supervisor to join our team.
Your role
As Service Delivery Senior Supervisor, you will lead the service delivery function of CMA CGM Latvia, ensuring effective process management, quality of customer service, and team performance results. You will report to Customer Service Manager in Latvia. This is a permanent, full-time position. Salary range for this role is 2300 - 2900 euros/month gross. This role offers a great opportunity to act in a responsible role and gain deeper skills in team leading.
What are you going to do?
Your work will include versatile tasks, and you will act as the direct manager for the service delivery team members. Your tasks include:
• Coordinating the service delivery tasks, organizing the team’s workload, and taking the lead in development projects.
• Monitoring performance and tracking KPIs when needed.
• Supporting the wellbeing of your team members and completing yearly processes, such as performance review discussions.
• Utilizing your expertise in various service delivery tasks: you will complete some tasks yourself and in addition you will support your team and offer guidance when needed.
Who are we looking for?
To succeed in this role, you have:
• Proven experience from customer care role from shipping or logistics industry. Experience from working in a supervisor role is seen as an advantage.
• Suitable degree from a relevant field.
• Proven ability to solve complex problems, support others in changing situations, and take a lead in projects and assignments.
• Proactive mindset, ability to delegate tasks and understand the big picture.
• Willingness and motivation to act as a people manager and support team members holistically.
• Fluency in Latvian and in English. Latvian is used in communicating with the local team and stakeholders, and English is used when communicating with global stakeholders and global teams within the group.
