About the job
We are looking for a Pre-Sales Manager to help our clients understand and choose the most suitable solutions for their business needs in fraud prevention and detection, AML, and payment processing.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead product demonstrations for potential banking, Payment Service Provider (PSP), Electronic Money Institution (EMI), and FinTech clients.
- Understand clients’ business and technical needs and propose the most suitable solution.
- Advise clients on integrations, APIs, data flows, and required customizations.
- Prepare commercial proposals, solution designs, and pricing proposals.
- Coordinate the preparation of RFI, RFP, and security/compliance questionnaires.
- Support the sales team and partners with product positioning and client needs qualification.
- Continuously improve pre-sales processes, demo scenarios, and sales materials.
Requirements
- Experience in FinTech or financial services, particularly in fraud prevention/detection, AML, or payment processing.
- Experience in pre-sales, solution consulting, or sales.
- Experience working with banks, Payment Service Providers, EMIs, or FinTech companies.
- Ability to confidently present solutions and communicate with senior-level clients and decision-makers.
- Understanding of APIs, integrations, and data flows.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Fluent in English and Russian (for customer communication).
