Gaļas nams – Ādaži is a Latvian company that has been shaping food culture for more than 15 years! The company’s history began in Ādaži, but today we have grown into a modern production facility in Lielvārde and continue to expand rapidly, developing our markets both in Latvia and internationally.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Developing new food products and improving existing ones.
- Monitoring and optimising technological processes.
- Developing recipes and preparing technical documentation.
- Controlling the quality of raw materials and finished products.
- Collaborating with the Production Manager, Quality Manager, colleagues and business partners to ensure the production of high-quality products.
REQUIREMENTS
- A university degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Biotechnology or a related field.
- Previous experience as a Food Technologist, Production Manager, Production Supervisor or in a similar position within the food manufacturing industry.
- Knowledge of food safety and quality standards.
- Analytical thinking and the ability to find practical solutions.
- A strong sense of responsibility and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

- A gross monthly salary of EUR 2,500–4,000, depending on experience.
