Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated Product Manager – IT Components who is passionate about technology and business development.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute sales strategy, pricing, and brand positioning for the assigned product portfolio
- Achieve revenue and profitability targets according to agreed KPIs
- Manage product distribution, assortment, and pricing across sales channels
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new retail partners
- Lead commercial negotiations and client meetings across the Baltic region
- Plan sales forecasts and promotional activities together with sales and marketing teams
- Monitor inventory levels, supply planning, and stock availability
Requirements
- Proven sales and business development skills
- Strong analytical thinking, planning, and execution capabilities
- Ability to work both independently and within a team
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication skills in Latvian and English as the role involves daily communication with international vendors, partners, and customers.
- Category B driving license
Nice to Have
- Incomplete higher education
- 3+ years of experience in IT product distribution, including work within vendor and channel sales environments.

- Gross Monthly Salary EUR 2200-2800, based on the candidate's experience and competencies.
- Quarterly MBO Bonus of up to EUR 2800 gross per quarter upon achieving agreed objectives
