We are looking for an experienced and commercially driven Casino Operations Manager to take ownership of the day-to-day operations and commercial performance of our online casino portfolio.
You will be responsible for ensuring smooth casino operations, coordinating commercial activities, monitoring business performance, and working closely with CRM, VIP, Marketing, and other operational teams to maximize revenue, improve player engagement, and strengthen the overall player experience.
We are looking for a hands-on professional who understands how an online casino operates, can connect different business functions, identify opportunities for improvement, and turn business objectives into measurable results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and monitor the commercial performance of the casino portfolio, focusing on GGR, NGR, player activity, retention, and profitability.
- Coordinate day-to-day casino operations, ensuring efficient processes and smooth execution across operational teams.
- Plan and coordinate the casino commercial calendar, including promotions, tournaments, bonuses, and player engagement initiatives.
- Work closely with CRM and VIP teams to improve player retention, reactivation, loyalty, and overall player value.
- Monitor promotional performance and bonus costs, identifying opportunities to improve commercial efficiency.
- Oversee payment and withdrawal processes, identifying opportunities to improve transaction success rates, processing times, and player experience.
- Coordinate risk management, fraud prevention, and bonus abuse monitoring with responsible teams.
- Monitor player journeys, including registration, deposits, gameplay, withdrawals, and retention, to identify operational bottlenecks.
- Analyze casino performance metrics and operational KPIs, translating insights into actionable improvements.
- Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and promotional strategies to identify new commercial opportunities.
- Coordinate cross-functional activities, ensuring operational teams are aligned with business objectives and priorities.
- Identify operational inefficiencies, resolve escalated issues, and continuously improve internal processes and service quality.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in casino operations or casino business management within the online gaming industry.
- Strong understanding of online casino operations, including CRM, payments, risk management, bonuses, and player lifecycle.
- Commercial mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities and improve business profitability.
- Strong analytical skills and experience working with casino performance KPIs.
- Experience coordinating multiple operational functions and stakeholders.
- Excellent problem-solving, prioritization, and organizational skills.
- Hands-on attitude, strong ownership mentality, and ability to work independently.
