YOUR FUNCTIONS:
- Managing, supporting and continuously improving internal business applications
- Supporting applications and automations across the organisation, ensuring they are stable, maintainable and well integrated
- Developing and maintaining integrations between applications and services using APIs, workflows and automation tools
- Using modern development and AI-assisted coding tools to build, adapt and troubleshoot applications and automations
- Monitoring applications and integrations, analysing incidents and resolving technical issues
- Applying DevOps principles to improve deployment, testing, monitoring and operational processes
- Maintaining technical documentation and collaborating with Internal IT and business colleagues on application-related topics
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Practical experience in application management, software development, system integration, IT operations or a similar technical area
- Basic knowledge of a scripting or programming language such as Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, PowerShell or similar are a plus
- Understanding of APIs, interfaces and system integrations
- Familiarity with Git and an interest in DevOps practices, automation and modern development approaches
- Interest in low-code/no-code platforms and AI-assisted development tools
- Willingness to learn new technologies and independently find solutions to technical challenges
- Structured, analytical and solution-oriented approach to work
- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical colleagues
- Ability to work independently while being part of an international IT environment
